OUR MISSION
Russia’s full-scale aggression caused immense suffering and devastated Ukraine’s economy and infrastructure. Rebuilding requires significant public and private investment.
Ineffective, often biased judiciary systems hinder business engagement. ECADR-an international (US, Norway, Poland, Switzerland) and Ukrainian effort-builds fair, efficient and objective ADR mechanisms for business.

Apply new, especially digital, technologies in ADR practice
EDUCATION
Train stakeholders on the benefits and use of ADR.
DEVELOPMENT
Design and improve ADR tools: negotiation, mediation, arbitration and conciliation.
OUR PROCESS
1) Parties first commit to an amicable settlement; if not honored, the dispute goes to ADR with financial penalties.
2) Resolution under ECADR location law; failing amicable settlement, Polish & EU law applies, with penalties for non-compliance.
3) Insurance and/or fixed deposit taken as a guarantee for steps 1–2.
